President's Message
Dear Fellow Weavers,
Every time we get together is another opportunity for Show-and-Tell. This month is no exception, so please feel free to bring what you would like to show.
At the recent CNCH in Asilomar the Golden Gate Guild members were out in force. There were six of us at the event this year: Bernie, Sandy, Susie, Karen, Liz and Me.
We were all in different workshops, and have much to share about our experiences. I’m calling it a Share-and-Learn opportunity. We all have samples to touch, and stories to tell. Hope you can make it.
We have our Annual Picnic and Auction at Tilden Park coming up, and usually on the 3rd Monday in June, making it the 16th. Let’s talk about what day is best for most people when we meet this Thursday.
Please go through your stash and see if you have something you can contribute. Fiber books, magazines, and loom tools are also welcome. All money collected goes straight to our programs fund for the upcoming year. If you can’t make the picnic, but have a donation, please let me know, and a pickup can be arranged.
Look forward to seeing you soon.
Happy Weaving! ~ Vicky
